Drive Modes
Tailor your driving experience to match the road conditions or your mood. Whisper, Engage, and Unbridle modes each deliver a different combination of performance, lighting, and sound. Depending on your model, you are able to select additional options, including 1-Pedal Drive, Unbridle Extended, and RallySport.
- Engage: This is your go-to mode. Balanced for everyday driving, it includes soft blue ambient lighting.
- Unbridle: Unleash an aggressive throttle response, stronger deceleration, and sportier steering — all lit in orange ambience.
- Unbridle Extended: This drive mode extension enables more consistent power over longer periods of time by reducing peak power slightly. (Available on Mustang Mach-E® GT model only.)
- Whisper: Best for slippery conditions, experience a calm, quiet drive with blue ambient lighting for a relaxed feel.
- 1-Pedal Drive: Maximize regenerative braking. Included with all models, this option lets you speed up or slow down to a full stop using only the accelerator.
- RallySport: When off pavement, add yaw for slides, heighten linear throttle response for control, and step up damping for handling. (Available on Mustang Mach-E® Rally model only.)
